Our mission at Navigate 2 College goes further than just getting your child into college. We work with each individual student and his/her family to understand their specific goals and aspirations for college. This knowledge will be the foundation for the planning that will be used in making higher education a reality and making sure each student achieves a true college fit.

In every state, country, and community, students and parents struggle with middle, secondary, and higher education choices. Navigate 2 College is here to to help you make good choices.   As I work with families, I realize that it is not about just "getting into" college. It is not about getting into "the" college. It is solely about students getting into the college that is a real fit for that particular student. 

Who We Are

Shari Stone-Fredericks

Shari has spent over 20 years in education including being a teacher in Oklahoma, Texas, Nevada, Germany and California. Shari has been a School Counselor in Texas, New York and Oklahoma. She holds a B.S. in Education and a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. In 2012 Shari achieved National Board Certification in School Counseling.

She currently lives in Rochester, New York with her husband, three wonderful daughters, and son.
