Below is a guideline for most of our Services at Navigate 2 College and a timeline that I recommend addressing each of them.
Academic Profile Evaluation
Can you go to college? What are your chances of getting into your dream school? What's a safe school for you? Navigate 2 College will help you find the right fit by evaluating your statistics. We will assess your transcript grades, rank, test scores, activities resume, and writing ability. Then you will receive information about your individual admissions competitiveness. We'll give you suggestions on things to improve and ideas for colleges to consider.
Career and Major Counseling
Navigate 2 College will work with your interest inventories, personality inventories, and learning styles to determine careers and majors that fit you.
College Counseling
We offer an overview of the comprehensive college planning process. We will help you develop a plan and a timeline to meet short and long term goals. Navigate 2 College will help you:
- set priorities
- choose required coursework
- plan co-curricular and summer activities
- create an activities resume
- strategize about testing
- identify and research colleges of interest
- review essay ideas and personal statements
- prepare for college visits and interviews
Hourly College Counseling
If you want specialized or specific college counseling assistance with one part of the process, hourly advising is available by appointment. Navigate 2 College can help with details, even if we didn't create your comprehensive plan.Specialized Services
